If you are experiencing technical challenges with your Simply NUC system, or decide to return the system under our 30-day guarantee, Simply NUC offers four direct support channels, available Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM CST.

For fast support and coverage verification, please have the serial number of your system available, located on the bottom of the device, so our Customer Support Technicians may better assist you. We will always offer to walk you through some basic troubleshooting steps wherever possible. If it’s determined that your device requires service, repair, or replacement, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which will also be sent to you via email for tracking purposes. If the serial number is not easily accessible please have the email address that the system was originally purchased under or the original sales order number.

  • Customer Contact Name
  • Device Serial number
  • Description of the problem or question and any details you can provide

After system validation, we will be able to send you detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue, or we will issue an RMA to return the unit to our facility for repair or replacement. Ticket Support
